Gather for Church

Gather for church on Sunday December 15th, 12:30pm-2:15pm

This month we'll gather for a shorter meal and to hear the Christmas story before heading across the road to sing the Christmas story and carols in our local care home.

Service on the 3rd Sunday each month.

See Church webpage for more details and details of seasonal worship. A time of worship, discussion around a meal, with Communion as a central part of our time together.

Bible Study and Communion every Wednesday evening 4:30-5:30pm

GrowIt Gardening (winter)

Journey through the seasons as we care for our small, urban, raised garden beds!

NEW! Indoor grow and cook ideas chat sessions beginning January 15th!

Meeting 1pm-2:15pm on select Wednesday (usually fortnightly) from January 15th and for outdoor sessions April to October 2025.

Sessions led in partnership with community gardeners from LKYPCG. This project was kickstarted with funding by NHS Salford ICP with support from Salford CVS, 2024.

NEW! Taste Buds Cooking

Join our monthly cooking sessions as we cook together, learn from a guest chef, and eat together. Each household also takes away the ingredients and recipe to make again at home!

Booking essential (limited spaces)

Contact us for more details and to register. Priority given to single households, people who are trying to make new social connections, or in the M7 area.

Meeting on select days lunchtimes/afternoons between April and December 2024.

Community Corner

Free activities for older people.

Everyone is welcome to these fun social activities aimed towards older people in our local community.

Selected Thursdays, 1:30-3:00pm.

Wednesday Craft Group

Create something and experiment with different art and craft materials, or just bring your own small project to work on in the company of others. No experience needed, just turn up and have a go!

Wednesdays 10am to 12pm

We're a Warm Welcome Space

Worried about winter fuel bills if you're at home all day? Pop in for a cuppa, a natter, or simply find a spot in our café space to hang out and stay warm. We've even got a new heating system so it's toasty warm on here.
